(1) Vendor needs to provide roofing consultant or professional architectural services to the government authority located in Laredo, TX.
- Roofing/Building Envelope Consultant/Architect (Firm) to assist in long term planning of repairs/replacement/daily maintenance plans of District facility roofs
- coordinate necessary conferences, programming, complete appropriate field inspections and surveys, develop quality control plans to ensure contractor compliance with plans and specifications, including field verification and fulfill other normal design professional services required for the completion of project
- Working with the owner to develop long range maintenance plans for maintaining and/or replacing building roof.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 23, 2023.
