[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide online wellness incentive program services to the government authority located in Georgia.             
- This project is an online wellness incentive program where participants can earn rewards for demonstrating healthy behaviors. Ideally, the program should be user-friendly and inviting for employees to use. Redeeming points and checking health activities should be a seamless process for participants.
- The platform shall be able to highlight and advertise county wellness programs/events and be the online community for employees to obtain any county employee wellness related information.
- The platform shall also process and complete wellness points redemption. Employees shall be able to order gift cards or merchandise directly through the vendor’s website/platform.
- The platform shall be able to provide metrics of the effectiveness of the county’s wellness program. The county desires to track data trends of employees as a whole who are utilizing the wellness programs, and to receive reports regarding the data trends from the awarded vendor.
- County has contracts with other health vendors such as Kaiser Permanente, Anthem, Delta Dental, and Everside.
• Have the capability to handle and process health data from multiple vendors.
• Have the ability to analyze and report data trends in regard to our wellness programming.
• Be accessible from any location (e.g., County computer or at home) and have a mobile application.
• Have the ability to advertise/communicate upcoming programs to employees via the website.
• Have support staff available to troubleshoot any issue found in the program within 48 hours (remotely or onsite).
• Have an online catalog of gift cards and merchandise where employees can redeem their wellness incentive points.
• Have the ability to merge wellness points from our previous vendor into the new program.
• Have compatibility with fitness trackers and smart watches (e.g., Apple Watch, Android Watch, Fitbit, and Garmin) to automatically report exercise to the platform.
• Be compliant with all federal regulations such as agency.
(2) The contract period will be one year.
