Marketing, Inbounce & Outbounce Call Center, Back-office process from Indian Jewelry Company

We are Worldwide Jewelry company looking for expert vendor for Marketing & Back-office process in India. We are only looking for Vendor from Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad, (Gujarat, India).

The main task for Vendor is to receive our website inquiries and convert them into sales. We are receiving approximate 50-100 jewelry inquiries per month and vendor needs to convert them into Jewelry Sales.

Vendor will also receive few Inbound Calls, and need to sale our Jewellery Products. Approximate volume of the inbound calls will be 5-10 Calls Everyday.

We will pay 10% commission to Vendor on Sales.


We need to outsource this process because our Management Location has been changes to New Zealand.  Vendor should be able to keep in touch with our operation center in Ahmedabad and report us via e-mail in New Zealand.

Payment will be via Escrow by RFP Notification Services, Inc. Mode of Payment will be negotiable.
